Some of you may remember Madame DeWinter:  millionaire a few hundred times over, philanthropist, collector of beautiful things (among them, numerous kidnapped superheroines).  Well, she lost her bevy of beautiful, buxom, be-costumed bombshells and she's been underground for awhile, just biding her time, waiting for the right opportunity to make her comeback.  That time is now!  Your OCs are not safe!  (I may ask before using them, but she won't!)
